Stephanie Lepsig

Pre-Licensed Therapist

I bring a wealth of life experience, practical skills, and a deep commitment to personal growth and healing to my work as a therapist. My journey—both professionally and personally—has given me a unique ability to connect deeply with clients by meeting them where they are with empathy, understanding, and nonjudgmental support. I recognize that every individual carries a unique story, and my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in both real-world experience and evidence-based techniques, allowing me to tailor my work to meet each client’s specific needs. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and strengths-focused interventions, always ensuring that the treatment plan aligns with what is most effective for each individual. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, I aim to help them build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate greater self-awareness. While I am still in the process of full licensure, I am committed to ongoing learning, growth, and professional development to provide the highest level of care possible.

If you are seeking a therapist who will meet you with compassion, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to your growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Pathways Therapy can help you

“I Don’t Want To Dig Up The Past”

Many people worry that therapy will force them to relive painful experiences or open old wounds. While therapy can involve exploring the past, the focus is on understanding how it impacts your present and empowering you to move forward, not stay stuck in pain.
